the deluxe double room with balcony was a nice touch, but the shower head was useless and turned my stay into a slip-and-slide. also, i expected some acknowledgement for my troubles, like a room upgrade or complimentary drink, but i guess this hotel treats all guests the same. i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.
